“My goal is the podium”

Ever Alejandro Gómez (Olympia Factory Cycling Team) will participate at MMR Asturias Bike Race after achieve a 3rd place at La Rioja Bike Race 2019. The Bolivian knows pretty well his main goal in Asturias.

We’ve seen you in some other podiums like GAES Catalunya Bike Race 2018 or La Rioja Bike Race 2018 & 2019. Which is your main goal for this race?

Honestly, be back on the podium. My mind is full focused on being in the podium at MMR Asturias Bike Race.

Nowadays, are you in a good shape? Let’s talk about your feeling…

I’m really looking forward to give everything. I feel really good after a good training weeks.

Why did you choose to race in MMR Asturias Bike Race?

First of all, the fact of being a UCI Race it’s really important. By the other hand, Racing in the north of Spain always is special.

We saw, in the last La Rioja Bike Race by Octagon esedos, that you guys made a really good team. Is for the Olympia Factory Team the MMR Asturias Bike Race a target?

Obviously, the team wants to fight for the win by teams. And then, we’ll fight for the victory in every of our categories.

What do you expect in MMR Asturias Bike Race?

Mainly, big mountains and forests. Obviously, really long and nice tracks. That’s what my colleagues that raced in last year’s edition told me.
